Featuring eight dancers, an immersive 360-degree scenography, and the pulsating electronic sounds of Lucie Antunes, Mehdi Kerkouche’s latest creation dissolves the boundaries between performers and spectators.

360, a unique immersive experience

Designed for diverse venues — modular theaters, festivals, public spaces — the performance invites audiences to experience dance differently: standing, moving, at the heart of the creation, and above all, together.

“I want an experience where the audience feels as alive as the performers.” – Mehdi Kerkouche

Note of intent

“In my new creation, titled 360, I explore the idea of togetherness and the dynamic that binds us as a collective in an increasingly polarized world. Today, our interactions are often shaped by extremes—whether through notifications, public discourse, social media, or the news. In response, I believe live performance offers an unparalleled collective experience—one of the last spaces where we can still feel the power of unity.”

360 seeks to create an engaging atmosphere in which the audience—standing and free to move—is invited to circulate throughout the performance. This freedom allows each person to experience the piece in their own way, much like at a concert, fostering a deep and intimate connection with the performers and their world. The 360-degree scenography surrounds the audience, offering different perspectives and sensations from every point in the space, and encouraging full immersion in the creative process.

At the heart of this piece, eight dancers from diverse artistic backgrounds come together to forge a common language through movement. By transcending their original techniques, they co-create a living harmony that illustrates our ability to collaborate and celebrate the richness of shared creation.

360 is an ode to connection, encounter, and collective experience—a sensory journey that reminds us of the strength of unity in a world in flux.
