The Method

"It's really the vision of dance as I share it. It's hosted by DJ Lazy Flow. For me, it's important to visualize dance outside of the traditional dance studio. La Méthode is always done in a place other than a dance studio. I know I've had a lot of feedback from people who've experienced dance classes, who've found themselves in front of the mirror and really frightened by their own image. But here, it's a moment of celebration, of joy, where you meet up in a room where there are no mirrors. Hosted by a DJ, all you need to do is follow me and let the groove and the music flow through you."
